I documented the renovation of Huys on 404 Park Avenue South and 28th Street. Dutch property developers Kroonenberg Group transformed a historic loft building. Kroonenberg teamed up with Dutch designer Piet Boon and celebrated Dutch landscape designer Piet Oudolf.
